Service Cancellation
You may cancel your consultation service before we begin work on your project. To cancel, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase. Cancellation requests received after we have begun work on your consultation may be subject to a partial refund based on work completed.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Before Service Begins: Full refund if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of purchase and before consultation work begins
- After Service Begins: Partial refund may be available based on the amount of work completed. Refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis
- Service Not Delivered: Full refund if we are unable to deliver the consultation service as agreed
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. You will receive confirmation via email once the refund has been processed.
Digital Products
Color Blueprint documents and other digital materials provided as part of our consultation service are delivered electronically. Once delivered, these materials cannot be returned. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the consultation, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
Service Modifications
If you need to modify your consultation request after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to accommodate reasonable changes, though additional fees may apply for significant modifications to the original scope of work.
